How is the investment process on Unirealchain?

1. Deposit UNR into UnirealEx platform

2. Choose a project that has been moderated by the Unirealchain team

3. Choose the amount of token you want to invest - corresponding to the number of tokens you want to buy

4. Investors will receive dividends and profits from the project while still locking the token in the wallet on the UnirealEx platform. Profit payment is fully automatic after the end of the financial year with UNRS token. The minimum profit that Unirealchain commits to is 5%/year.

   After buying tokens, the project tokens will be locked by default so that investors can enjoy dividends. If the token is unlocked, investors can bring it to UnirealEx or UnirealSwap to trade, but will not receive dividends anymore.

What happens when not enough investors buy all the pieces of real estate?

If the projects that are open for joint investment have been officially purchased from the project owner, Unirealchain will jointly invest with investors when not sold out.

How can I stop Investment?

Investors can stop investment in the following ways:

1. Resell your tokens on UnirealEx or UnirealSwap

2. Resell to Unirealchain

3. Resell to acquaintances
